Salt Lake City's Repertory Dance Theater is staging "Outside Blake's Window", a highly visual, musical and theatrical dance. Choreographer Tandy Beal says her show is an abstract vision of William Blake's life and work, and about how we all must learn to hear our muse at the same time as we listen to our (inner) critic.

Guillermo's Roasted Red Potatoes

I didn't have to make the turkey this year, but I did cook the roasted red potatoes that Guillermo described in the last podcast. They were a hit! Here's the recipe:

Boil red potatoes, about 1 1/2 per person, for a few minutes but not so long that they get very soft. Remove, cool, and cut into quarters. Toss with olive oil, rosemary, crushed garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper. Roast in a 425 degree oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. (After 30 minutes I stirred the potatoes so that more of them would turn brown).

There was a little bit left over, so I cut them up, added salt and fried them up the next morning with eggs. So good!
